Ingredients:
- 1-1.5 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen peptides
- 1 scoop vanilla flavored whey protein powder
- 100 grams or 1 small frozen banana
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 large handful of fresh or frozen mixed field greens, kale, or spinach
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ice/water to desired thickness
