Ashley has been actively supporting my fitness efforts for the last two years. I find that changing my routine every 6 – 8 weeks has kept me interested in my training. Also, I am able to do these workouts from my home or a gym. I like to kayak and hike and will be turning 60 this year. Last summer I found that I can easily keep pace with women ten years younger than me while kayaking and on a mountain trail, I have the edge! Because Ashley’s workouts are my main source of exercise, I attribute this success to the routines she provides. Thanks to Ashley for her support and creativity. She accommodates my physical limitations and provides routines that work for me.
