I started the fit by design program when it first launched. There are numerous benefits I have obtained from using this program. The first and in my opinion one of the most important is the ability to stay consistent with the program. Prior to the program I would go to the gym three times a week if I could fit it into my hectic schedule, if I couldn’t make it to the gym I would skip the workout because I wasn’t sure what to do at home. With this program if I wasn’t able to go to the gym I was still able to get my workout in because I knew exactly what I needed to do and at home substitutions are provided. When everything happened with Covid 19 I knew I would still be able to get my workouts in because I knew I could do everything at home if I needed to. My ability to stay consistent has helped me reach my goals, which included losing a few pounds, but mainly losing inches, toning my muscles and gaining strength. Each week I have been able to add weight to each exercise and I feel stronger overall. I have more muscle tone now than I did when I was active duty in the army and ran miles a week. Additionally, the benefit of the facebook group has been amazing with keeping me on track with my nutrition, the ability to ask any questions about nutrition or exercise anytime I need has taken all the guesswork out of reaching my goals.


I initially decided to start the FBD program because I felt like my workouts weren’t really making a change in my body. I was doing the same three workouts over and over every week and I wasn’t getting anywhere. 


I would absolutely recommend this program to anyone, beginner all the way to an experienced athlete.
