1. What inspired or motivated you to join the Rise program?
I joined the Rise program in 2020 because I needed an effective, easy to follow, and at home based workout solution. Not only did this fit the bill, but I was also supporting a working mom/small business in my community!
2. What do you love most about the Rise program?
I love that I just have to show up and complete the workout. No guessing what I should work out one day vs. the other – it’s all there for me. If I have a question about form, the program, etc. I know I have access to a library of workout tutorials AND Ashely and her team!
3. What changes have you noticed since joining the Rise Program?
To be fully transparent, I have stopped and started the Rise program a couple of times. I tried all of the workout apps (seriously – I’ve tried them all!) and I always come back to Rise because I feel the strongest and feel the most supported with the Rise program.
4. What is one piece of advice you would give to someone who is just getting started?
