I love the workout app, and I love that Ashley designs science-based workouts. I love that the workouts change up every four weeks, and that the weight training routine is just 3 days a week. I love that you focus on consuming more protein to optimize lean muscle mass. I love that Ashley focus on nutrition in general as it relates to metabolism and hormone health. I know that everything Ashley stands for is good for physical and mental well-being.
