Blueberry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops of whey protein powder (or 20 grams of whey protein powder)
  • ½ blueberries berry(I prefer frozen)
  • ½ small banana-frozen
  • ½ cup fresh spinach
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Ice to desired thickness
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tsp shredded coconut-if desired

Directions:

  1. Blend everything together well and enjoy!
