Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of whey protein powder (or 20 grams of whey protein powder)
- ½ blueberries berry(I prefer frozen)
- ½ small banana-frozen
- ½ cup fresh spinach
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Ice to desired thickness
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tsp shredded coconut-if desired

- Blend everything together well and enjoy!
