I started working out with Ashley February 2016 and by mid-March I found out I was pregnant. By then I had already started the diet she recommended and lost 6lbs! I couldn’t believe it. The diet was fairly easy and the workouts were intense, but I loved them. I continued to workout with Ashley until I was 34 weeks pregnant and I managed to gain only 20lbs (I gained 35 with my previous one). Then, after only 3 weeks post partum I was back in my old clothes! She managed to make me feel great after a workout even if I felt sick with pregnancy symptoms. She listened to me and my body and adapted the workouts to my needs. She is amazing and love working out with her!
