I started working with Ashley 7 years ago and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made! She has taught me so much about nutrition, fitness, and consistency. Ashley truly cares about me, my family, and my goals. She has encouraged me to make small changes, one at a time, which have added up to big changes over time. Most importantly, these are changes that are sustainable. The thing I love most about Ashley is that she has found the balance in pushing me, holding me accountable, and having realistic expectations. She understands that I am going to have pizza, or a cupcake, or a cocktail from time to time and she wants me to enjoy these treats. However, she has taught me how to be consistent in my day to day nutrition and workouts, so that I CAN enjoy occasional treats without feeling guilty. I am especially grateful to have found a female trainer who understands many things that only another woman can understand: the effects of hormones on energy and body composition, the time constraints of being a busy mom, and the problem areas on which women want to focus. Ashley has worked with me as I have moved from my 30s to mid-40s and she has helped me adjust to many of the changes in my body. In fact, my body fat is lower than ever and I am the strongest I have ever been. I completely credit Ashley for this, as she is continually pouring over the latest nutrition, hormone, and fitness research in order to stay up to date in her field. I am so lucky to have Ashley as my trainer and friend. In fact, she’s part of the family!
