1) What made you decide you wanting to start 1:1 coaching?
No crowd sourced nutrition plan or workout plan has worked for me thus far, and I knew it was time to work with someone who had knowledge in both the fitness and women’s wellness space. Someone who could look at my personal history as a whole. I’ve dealt with adrenal fatigue, food allergies, hormone issues (all the things), and with Ashley’s repertoire and attitude, it just felt like the right time to give 1:1 coaching a chance. More than ever, I know my needs are not one-size-fits-all.
2) What is one specific feature you like most about my 1:1 coaching program?
The customization to my specific body type and needs is what I truly love. But I also love that Ashley pushes and checks-in — I need that, someone to make sure I’m getting over the humps and pushing through even when it’s frustrating.
3) What are some of the successes you’ve had since you started working with me? Any accomplishments you’ve made can be listed(weight loss, inches lost, nutritional improvements, lifestyle habits, etc)
I am still early in 1:1 coaching, and though I haven’t seen the full results yet, we have been working through a number of wellness items — adrenal fatigue and food allergies to name a few. The biggest thing that Ashley has helped me work through is recognizing that your body will tell you what it needs if you just listen. Turns out, I have a pretty big aversion to poultry. Without Ashley working through this with me, I don’t think I would’ve been able to pinpoint.
4) Would you recommend this program to someone else?
Absolutely! This is truly a program for someone who needs more. More push, more positivity, more specialization. Ashley curates exactly what YOUR body needs and pivots when something isn’t working.
