What made you decide you wanted to start the 1:1 coaching?
I wanted a workout plan that was sent to me so I didn’t have to think about planning for myself. With my job I am always planning for other clients, classes etc. I was consistent with my workouts but often made them up as I went. I wasn’t challenging myself and pushing myself as hard as I should have been. With Ashley’s program I was able to challenge myself weekly with workouts designed specifically for me.
What is one specific feature you like most about Ashley’s 1:1 coaching program?
The nutrition advice is awesome. I had no idea I wasn’t eating enough protein and enough food. I wasn’t dieting but just didn’t put a lot of thought into my meal planning. When Ashley is looking at your food logs you become a better planner.
What are some of the successes you’ve had since you started working with Ashley?
I feel so much better. I eat more protein, drink more water and love having pre-planned workouts. After having cancer I was put on medication, and also went into menopause, which caused weight gain particularly in the abdominal area. Ashely set my macros to help with fat loss, and I continue to see composition changes with my body.
