Low-Carb Mint Chip Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1-ounce kale, chopped
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds/chia seeds
  • 2 scoops vanilla whey
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-4 ice cubes
  • 1oz 80% or greater dark chocolate

Directions:

  1. Blend everything together well and enjoy!
