What made you start Ashley’s 1:1 coaching program? By the time I was 58 years old, I had been dieting for over four decades (since age 15). I had tried every new diet fad to the point that I did not know what to eat. I was living off coffee because every food choice seemed to violate some fad-diet rule. I finally turned to Ashley’s 1:1 coaching program when I felt so bad (physically and emotionally) that I had to try something else. I was willing to try this program after I saw a list from Ashley of recommended foods that included every food group! No fad recommendations at all!
What specific feature do you like most about Ashley’s program? On Ashley’s program, I am eating a wide variety of nutritious foods and I’m eating enough food every day. No periods of fasting, no forbidden food groups, no impossible rules!
What are some of your successes since you’ve started her program? I have energy again. I can focus on work projects again. And I’m losing weight. I’m now at a point that the “skinny clothes” I’ve accumulated for years in my guest room closet don’t just fit, they are too big!
Would you recommend this program to someone else? I am so grateful Ashley taught me how to eat for health, energy, focus, and weight loss. I have just turned age 59: I’m so glad I discovered this program, I just regret that I took me so long to find it. The price I paid for the 1:1 program has been money so well spent! SO much value for my dollars!
