Working with Ashley has been amazing! I had been going to the gym religiously for 5.5 years and eating around 1500 calories a day. I would feel guilty whenever I took a rest day, afraid that I was going to gain pounds by missing one day of working. At first I lost lots of weight and gained some muscle, but then I stalled out. I didn’t see progress for the last 2 of those years. Then I found Ashley through an Instagram friend and starting soaking up everything she was teaching through her social media platform. I can honestly say that doing the Custom Fit coaching program has changed the way I view exercise and nutrition. I am eating more (hallelujah!) and learning the right way to eat to fuel my body. Food isn’t an enemy anymore. I’m also LOVING the custom workouts. I have lost weight and I see muscle gain, after only 6 weeks of working with Ashley! I’ve been getting compliments from those at the gym who have seen me for years and when I saw my family after the 6 weeks, they couldn’t get over the difference they saw. Ashley gives so much encouragement along the way and she really wants you to understand the why of her coaching. She doesn’t overwhelm you with everything at once, she works with you to incorporate things into a healthy lifestyle. Cannot recommend her more!
