What inspired or motivated you to join the Rise program?
After being in 1:1 coaching with Ashley, I chose the Rise program to help me sustain what I have accomplished!
What do you love most about the Rise program(this could be anything from the workout app, the scheduled workouts, not having to stress over what workouts to do, the community, the challenges, etc..)
What I love most about the program is that the work outs change every month, which keeps me progressing!
What changes have you noticed since joining the Rise Program(this could be anything from more strength, feeling stronger, more confidence, leaner, weight loss, inches lost, healthier, etc…)?
Here are some of the best benefits I’ve noticed… better every day functional movement, more confidence as I age, improved strength, and better mobility. These things will last through the golden years!
What is one piece of advice you would give to someone who is just getting started?
For anyone getting started, I say JUST DO IT. It’s the best hands down for the price. The ongoing support in the FB group, the daily videos from Ashley keeping us educated on nutrition, the fun challenges, and the App is so easy to use and has videos showing the correct form. I love all of it, and you’ll find it the best tool for a starter other than the 1:1 coaching.
