Ingredients:
- 2 cups of spinach
- 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder (min of 20g protein)
- ½ a ripe banana
- 2-3 cubes of ice
- 1 cup of Water
- ½ tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tbsp flaxseed meal
- ½ tbsp hemp protein and fiber
- 1/8 cup gluten-free oatmeal
- stevia to taste
