Super Mom’s Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk 
  • 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder (min of 20g protein)
  • ½ a ripe banana
  • 2-3 cubes of ice
  • 1 cup of Water
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tbsp flaxseed meal
  • ½ tbsp hemp protein and fiber
  • 1/8 cup gluten-free oatmeal
  • stevia to taste

Directions:

  1. Blend everything together well and enjoy!
