Before I started the one-on-one coaching program with Ashley, I spent over a year exercising six days a week, eating less than 1,000 calories a day during the week with intermittent fasting, and overeating on the weekends.
During this time, I lost and gained the same weight but mostly stayed the same.
Now, I’m eating almost twice as much, slowly losing pounds and inches off my hips and thighs.
The most significant change is my relationship with food. I’m eating healthier food throughout the week and weekend, with fewer cravings on the weekend. I’m eating the same dinner as my family! It does not feel like a diet.
This is something I can maintain and live with. I have recommended Ashley to my friends and think it is an invaluable investment.
